Hatch Green Chili (seasonal)

This delicious treat is made with seasonal Hatch Green Peppers with a Heritage Acres Pork Butt as its base. Hatch Peppers are grown in Hatch Valley New Mexico and have a very short growing season.  They are only harvested for about 4-6 weeks a year. This years harvest is extremely flavorful, though a little spicy.

Order as many as you like individually or Buy 4 and Save options. Remember our special vacuum sealing and freezing processes keep these meals tasting fresh for up to a year if kept frozen! 12 oz. Regular and 15 oz. Warrior portions currently available
