Brussels Sprout Confetti
2 strips of bacon, sliced into 1/2 in. pcs.
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. brussels sprouts, stemmed and sliced thin
Salt and Pepper
Preheat your large frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon and olive oil. Cook bacon until it begins to brown and render fat.
Add garlic and stir quickly. As soon as it becomes aromatic, (15 seconds) add brussels sprouts.
Coat evenly with fat and saute for 2 min. Add salt and pepper to taste.
