Featured Recipe of the Week: All-American Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 onion (small diced)
3 tblsp prepared dijon mustard
1 recipe of paleo ketchup
Preheatoven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, saute onion for 2-3 minutes. Add onion, mustard, and salt and pepper to ground beef.
Put ground beef in loaf pan and place in the oven. Cooking times will vary depending on the dimensions of the loaf pan, but cook until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Add paleo ketchup and continue to cook for 10 more minutes.
