5 Day Whole30® Program Meal Plans

Pre-Made Paleo will deliver 5 days of Whole30® Approved meals to include:

  • 5 Breakfasts
  • 5 Lunches
  • 5 Dinners
  • Trail Mix Snacks
Main entrée proteins are 5 oz. portions (Regular) or 8 oz. portions (Warrior) and all entrées are paired with a 7 oz. organic vegetable side. All Breakfast meals will be 5-6 oz. each and will be a combination of Melissa's Chicken Hash, Turkey Sausage and Pork Sausage Skillets.
Core entrées are selected by your chefs and often originate from our current 'lettered' Lunch/Dinner menus - These will Not include any fish or seafood.
