We focus on using only the finest grass-fed and free-range antibiotic-free proteins and freshest organic vegetables. RSB Foods is a Dallas-based company led by New York Times and Amazon bestselling author Chef Richard Bradford .
RSB Foods, formed in 2012, has a vision to change the way people eat. Led by Executive Chef Richard Bradford and Chef de Cuisine Amy Crites, RSB developed Pre-Made Paleo Meals.
Chef Richard moved from Connecticut to Atlanta in 1995 to study engineering at Georgia Tech. After finishing undergrad, Chef Richard returned to the Northeast to attend the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. While studying, he worked with Main Course Catering in New Paltz, NY. In 2003, he apprenticed at Disney’s California Grill, in Orlando, Florida.
Upon returning to school, Chef Richard launched his first catering company, Hits the Spot, staffed with fellow CIA students. Hits the Spot provided full service catering to clients in Hudson Valley, Westchester County, and Western Connecticut. After graduating from CIA, he returned to Atlanta and founded RSB Catering. After 7 successful years leading RSB Catering, he sold his company and formed RSB Foods. He currently resides in Dallas, TX and aside from continually improving upon current and creating exciting, new and delicious Whole30®approved recipes, he is a core contributor of the most recent NY Times and Amazon Bestseller, all while being a great father and husband to his beautiful family.
With nearly 20 years in the Food and Beverage industry, and after years of performing front of house corporate training and restaurant openings, Chef Amy Cries attended and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu where she rediscovered her passion for 'Farm to table' and got out of the chain restaurants and into scratch kitchens with local and organically sourced ingredients. Chef Amy had worked with some of the greats before joining our own world-renown Chef Richard Bradford in 2011, teaching cooking classes and catering for RSB Foods and ultimately becoming an integral part of what we do and who we are today. Aside from being your Chef de Cuisine, Chef Amy hires and train new employees, designs the weekly menus from what we can source organically. She does all of the ordering for the weekly meals, including research and development for new products as well as making our existing products better.
