Georgia Meal Options

We offer a special program for our Atlanta area neighbors.  Because we are local to Atlanta, Chef Richard creates a tasty and creative meal plan exclusively for our Atlanta area clients each week.  The menu includes 10 meals. Each weekly plan includes 10 proteins and 20 vegetables. You may purchase from each weekly menu or you may save money by purchasing more meals at a time.  Its your choice.

Select from a variety of options to personalize your meals to meet your specific needs. 

  • Standard Menu - 5 oz. of protein and 7 oz. vegetable sides per meal. Total of 10 meals.
  • Warrior Option - 8 oz protein and 7 oz. vegetable sides per meal. Total of 10 meals.
  • Vegetable Only - Includes all vegetable options from weekly menu.  2 Portions of each side included. (10 total)
  • Protein Only - Includes all protein options from weekly menu without vegetable sides.  Includes soups or stews which include 2 sides.
  • No Pork Option - we substitute pork with chicken or turkey

 

Meals will be delivered to your Local Gym or Local Host on Monday of each week.  If you select to have us ship directly to your home or office, we will ship Monday or Tuesday and your meals will be on your doorstep on Wednesday or Thursday.
