Preheat grill or pan.
In a large mixing bowl, break up ground beef spreading along bottom and sides. In a separate bowl, whisk remaining ingredients thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients to ground meat and fully incorporate. Form meat into patties then season with S&P. Grill to desired doneness and serve.
In a pan, add cooking fat and turn to medium to medium-high heat. Add garlic and let sauté. Add mushrooms and let cook for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add a little water, cover, and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute. Transfer mushrooms to burger pan for extra flavor. Top your burger with mushrooms and enjoy!
