Meet the Pre-Made Paleo Team

Richard Bradford, Executive Chef and Managing Partner

Chef Richard is the team captain at Pre-Made Paleo, as well as the managing partner of our parent company, RSB Foods. He is our on-staff visionary and always brings new ideas to the table. While bringing culinary innovation to Atlanta for over a decade, Chef Richard was also the first to pioneer chef-prepared Paleo meals directly to the doorsteps of consumers across the nation.

Richard is our greatest brand ambassador.  He travels across the United States to promote Pre-Made Paleo and to establish and nurture strong partnerships, like the ones we have with the Whole30, US Wellness Meats and the Armour Yards District.

Richard is in constant pursuit of new partnerships with suppliers who align with Pre-Made Paleo's mission.  To provide the best and healthiest meals to our customers, all of our ingredients come from certified organic farmers, local farmers with organic practices and ranchers that raise livestock that is true to Paleo.

After graduating from Georgia Tech with a degree in Finance, Richard was accepted into the prestigious Culinary Institute of America to become a classically trained Chef and pursue his passion for food. When Richard isn’t working, he travels the country, seeking new culinary experiences from peers and mentors who share his holistic beliefs about food. Richard is a New York Times #1 Best Selling Author from his recipe contribution in The Whole30: The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom.

Family is one of the most important parts of Richard's life, as is his church. He loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful children, and watching his son explore the world. Richard spends as much time as he can outdoors.  Whether he is going for a hike with his dogs to clear his head, or enjoying the “primal hunt” while fishing, the beauty of nature inspires him.

Amy Crites, Chef de Cuisine

As Chef de Cuisine, Chef Amy manages production operations and makes sure that our kitchens meet strict USDA and FDA standards. Every week she creates all of the menus with collaboration from Chef Richard. As a paleo expert, she is in charge of sourcing all of our ingredients. She always goes the extra mile to get the best ingredients to put in our menus, and sources local and organic whenever possible. Chef Amy also heads up our R&D to provide new amazing products to our customers, such as our AIP Marinara. Chef Amy spent the summers on her grandmother’s farm in North Carolina where they would make meals with produce straight from her garden or from fruit and nut trees that they harvested. Family and friends would always stop by and no one ever left with an empty belly. This is where Chef Amy was inspired by how happy a good meal can make someone feel. She studied at Le Cordon Blue in Atlanta and upon graduating rediscovered her passion for Farm to table. When Chef Amy isn’t working, she enjoys going to different farmer’s markets and local farms to not only get the freshest ingredients but to support local businesses as well. She is also a HUGE NASCAR fan and has been since she was born! Chef Amy is also passionate about helping those in need and believes that if we would plant more food bearing trees and bushes as the landscape for new parks and office building, we could cut down on hunger in America and have a free way to provide fresh food to those in need.

Corey Laws, Finance Manager

Corey is a pillar here at Pre-Made Paleo and has been with the company since its first year. He takes care of all of our accounting and data analysis so that our company can keep its strong financial footing. Good ‘Ole Rocky Top, home sweet home to me (Corey) – Corey studied in Knoxville, TN at the University of Tennessee, earning his BS in Business Administration. When he isn’t working, Corey enjoys boating, fishing and traveling. Something interesting about Corey is that as the company has grown, so have our needs and he is in his 3rd position at Pre-Made Paleo.

Joseph Martinelli, Customer Care and Affiliate Relations

Joseph oversees our Customer Care division whose primary goal is to provide the absolute best experience to each and every one of our Guests. He has studied at both R.I.T. and UC Berkley and early in his career and served as a consultant for several corporations. Joseph is passionate about people, the outdoors and loves being involved in his local church. He loves to fish, hike, bike and can think of no better way to spend the weekend than camping with his bride and Labrador Retriever ( and looking to add to the pack). Outside of work Joseph likes hang gliding and hopes to begin training for his pilot’s license this spring.

Allen Hawley, Office Manager

Allen is a master of all tasks and takes care of so many little details so that we can stay in operation. He is responsible for all the day-to-day office tasks from maintaining our meticulous production and USDA records to producing end-of-month reports, Allen does it all and even makes sure that the coffee pot is never empty. Allen attended seminary at Religious Studies Living Faith Bible Institute. Outside of work, Allen is passionate about his 2 dogs and cat. He enjoys gardening, eating, traveling, and volunteering at his local church. Allen has been all over the country as he grew up in Colorado, gave Island Tours in Maui, was a server and trainer at Disney World in Orlando and has recently resided in Atlanta for the past 12 years.

Allison Irving, Shipping Manager

Allison is in charge of our shipping department here at Pre-Made Paleo. She ensures that orders are processed and shipped out correctly. She keeps track of inventory and works directly with UPS to ensure prompt delivery of every package. Away from work, Allison is passionate about her precious 5-year-old girl, who is her world. She loves animals, has a dog, has owned horses in the past, and she loves taking her daughter to the zoo. Something interesting about our All-Star shipping manager is that she lived in Hawaii and worked on a horse ranch when she was 20-years-old.

Jeremiah Sessa, Sous Chef

With the quality of the food we produce being one of our top priorities, Chef Jeremiah plays a huge role in our kitchen. When Chef Richard and Chef Amy are not in the kitchen, Chef Jeremiah leads the charge of making sure our kitchen makes mouth-watering, delicious recipes that are 100% paleo and Whole30 compliant. He believes that a happy kitchen equals happy food! Like Chef Amy, Chef Jeremiah studied at Le Cordon Blue in Atlanta. Away from the production kitchen, Chef Jeremiah enjoys Formula 1 racing and playing video games on the PS4. He is the proud collect of comic books.

Schelaundye (Red) Jones, Packaging Manager

Red is the Queen Bee of the packaging room. Being with the company since 2014, she makes sure that the packaging team has everything they need to be effective and productive. She also handles all of our QA and makes sure that our customers receive a quality product. Red had several jobs in the food industry before becoming a vital part of the Pre-Made Paleo family. Outside of work she spends most of her time taking care of her 4 beautiful children and is the President of a social club called Klassy Kreations that spends much of their time helping the less fortunate by giving back to women and children shelters and adopt families for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Hi, Richard Bradford,

It was so nice to meet you when hiking the Cascadilla trail to the Cornell University this morning. Thank you so much for intruding the book: the whole 30: the 30-day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom.
